Details of the Norco Optic C2 frame

With a suspension travel of 140mm at the front and 125mm at the rear, the Optic combines the latest technologies from the long-travel bike sector in a lightweight and versatile package. It is equally at home on the climbs as it is on demanding descents. The VPSHP kinematics with an integrated idler wheel ensure minimized pedal kickback while maintaining playful handling – even on rough surfaces.

Extensive testing with an i-track-based position of the idler wheel has optimized the anti-squat value for efficiency and direct response. The idler mounted on the chainstay regulates chain growth and reduces pedal kickback.
