Thanks to the honeycomb structure of the innovative Multi Speed design, the AirBreaker always offers the best possible aerodynamics and at the same time ensures optimum ventilation. This is because the Multi Speed design doses the ventilation just as it is needed: Maximum ventilation on slow, mountainous stages and optimal aerodynamics on fast, flat stages.

Features of the ABUS AirBreaker helmet:

• Plait opening: thanks to the recess in the height-adjustable adjustment system, the helmet is also suitable for long hairstyles such as ponytails, buns or plaits
• Glasses holder at the front and back: Recess at the front and rear of the helmet to hold glasses in a secure and aerodynamic position while riding or during stops
• Acti Cage™: allows larger ventilation openings with high stability thanks to foamed-in structural reinforcement
• Cooling airflow system: the ventilation openings are connected to each other via internal channels to direct incoming air through the helmet and thus ensure maximum air circulation and a comfortable head climate
• Zoom™ Spin adjustment system: dial at the back of the head for individual adjustment of the helmet to the head circumference
• Stitched straps: the straps are stitched for optimum aerodynamics and therefore do not require strap distributors – this means they fit particularly snugly and do not flap while riding
• Floating padding: padding on the inside of the helmet that is clicked into place via several attachment points, making it more flexible and offering better ventilation and greater comfort
• Removable, washable padding: can be removed and washed by hand or replaced if necessary
• Flow Straps™: aerodynamic straps for low flow resistance, less noise and high wearing comfort
• Push-in fastener: for safe and practical handling, the straps are fitted with a classic buckle (trident connection) for opening and closing
• In-mold process: Production process in which the inner cushioning material made of expanded polystyrene (EPS) is foamed directly into the outer shell made of polycarbonate (PC) – this creates a durable and robust connection
